Samson adheres to a philosophy of efficient, sustainable operational practices and we are a Net CarboN Zero certified landlord. More on sustainability.
We’re in the business of protecting the best of Auckland’s heritage buildings, while encouraging modern, sustainable and innovative architecture and interior design that will stand the test of time. We aim to create and care for buildings that enhance tenant wellbeing, as well as Auckland’s skyline, becoming and become landmarks within the city.
Long-term thinkers, our tenancies are partnerships we invest in, and we have long-standing client relationships with some of Auckland’s most iconic legacy businesses.
We have a reputation for market responsive rental rates and our buildings have been specifically upgraded with latest technology to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
